Magnificent folding garden deck chair
French manufacture, 1930s-40s
Very particular because it is built with small trunks for the structural part, while the seat, backrest and armrests are in rattan, decorated with colored stripes
The backrest can be reclined in various positions and the footrest is removable
Overall, the deckchair is in excellent condition and, to keep it that way, it would be advisable to use it sparingly, avoiding excessively heavy loads. Ideal for decorative purposes, it is still fully usable
There are signs of wear, its ancient patina is consistent with its age and has been preserved by our intervention which was limited to cleaning and polishing
