Pamono Mid-Century Modern String Shelf, 1950s Clearance

Minimalist yet incredibly effective, these string shelves are classics of vintage design. This one dates back to the 1960s and consists of two side ladders made of black lacquered steel wire and four wide teak veneer shelves. This model is designed to be hung. An ultra-trendy storage unit, the string shelf lends itself to all uses: a children’s bookcase, a storage unit in the kitchen or bathroom, or a plant stand and decor in the living room.

The string shelf is wall-mounted. Its vintage, airy design is particularly pleasing and functional. The uprights are lacquered black; some paint chips are noted. It features four teak veneer shelves. Signs of wear are visible in the photo.
