The moulded top is inset with a tooled green leather writing surface, framed by a delicate pierced gallery with turned finials. The shaped frieze contains a series of small drawers, providing useful storage. Supported on boldly turned and spiral-carved end supports, united by a central stretcher, the desk is raised on scrolled and carved feet.
