Pamono Vintage Cartoon Style Armchairs in Wood from Lavčević, Croatia, 1960s, Set of 2 Sale

Unique set of two cartoon-style chairs. These striking chairs are a real eye-catcher in any interior. The chairs have gray and black accents, making them look like they’ve come straight out of a comic book. The seats are upholstered in comfortable black fabric. Perfect for anyone looking to add a playful and artistic touch to their home.
I brought the chairs from Split, Croatia, myself. They are also marked on the bottom with their name and origin. The name G.P. I Lavčević is the name of a company, likely a construction or architectural firm. Ilvan Vulić left G.P. Lavčević in 1995 to establish his own practice, VV-Projekt. GP Lavčević is known, among other things, for the Lavčević office and retail building in Split, designed by Ivan Vulić and Lada Vrdoljak in 1996. The name Lavčević is also the name of an anti-fascist and communist leader, after whom the company is named.
I haven’t been able to find these chairs anywhere else, so they are quite unique.
