Pamono Vintage Chaise Lounge by Guido Faleschini, 1970s New

The Italian architect and designer Guido Falschini (1923 – 2006) designed the adjustable chaise longue in 1970, manufactured by the Italian furniture company Mariani. The very rare couch obviously reminds of the “LC4” model by Charlotte Perriand and Le Corbusier. Faleschini’s version differs significantly in the dimensions, details and the built -in materials from the famous classic from the 1920s. The upholstered edition was completely new by the professional upholstered studio from Zurich and with a “Roman/ Teakwood” fabric made of 70% recycled wool from the American company Maharam. The metal parts were polished and hardly have any signs of wear. The plastic -coated steel springs are tight and ensure a pleasant lying. The inclination of the couch can be changed with one hand. Length approx. 171cm.
